Gates Poly Chain GT2 Stainless Steel Sprocket SS 8MX-40S-12 2012 7769-1240 8mm pitch 4.01 inch pitch diameter 40 grooves with a bore range of 1/2 - 2 1/8 inch for Poly Chain belts 12mm wide.

Use with any Poly Chain® GT 2 Belts. Stainless steel Poly Chain GT2 sprockets are ideal for the food and beverage market or where non-corrosive sprockets are needed to prevent rust.

Features/Advantages
  • Sprockets might NOT have flanges.
  • Cost effective alternative to stainless roller chain drives
  • Taper-Lock® bushings save shaft space allowing load to be closer to bearing.
  • Can be used with rim speeds of 8,000 fpm.
