Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping & Delivery
- UPS is our primary shipping carrier, however we offer a few other carriers for you to choose to meet your shipping needs. Shipping times can vary depending on carrier, should you have further questions please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
- International shipping may incur duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which the customer must pay.
- We are not responsible for damages during transit; claims must be filed with the carrier. If a claim needs to be filed, contact the shipper, and we will start the claims process.
- Orders will ship within one week after order is processed.
- Expedited orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are generally shipped on the same day.
- Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

We currently use UPS as our shipping service with the following options:

Using your own shipping collect account
By choosing this shipment option, you authorize Royal Supply to use of your collect account for shipping your purchase. All charges are billed to your account. By choosing this, all liability transfers to you, and any claims for damages or lost shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.
When will my order ship?
Standard ground shipping whether it be UPS or FedEx generally ship within one week from the day the order has been processed, excluding weekends and holidays. Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday - Friday are usually shipped same day for in stock items. Please note, on small dollar orders and parts orders, shipments may have a longer lead time and delivery due to minimum requirements from our vendors.
Expedited Shipments
Expedited Shipments include Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders. All Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST in order to ship out the same day. NOTE: This applies to in stock items only, if item is unavailable we will contact you via phone call and/or email.
Shipping Aerosols, Paints, and Fluids
Aerosols, Paints, and fluids can only be shipped via UPS Ground, they cannot be shipped via UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or 3-Day due to shipping regulations. We also do not ship Aerosols, Paints, or Fluids Internationally. If shipping internationally, please set up your transportation method with a freight forwarder in the US which we can ship to or can pick up at our main warehouse in Ohio.
International Orders
What forms of payment do you take for International orders?
For international orders we only accept Verified by Visa or MasterCard Securecode credit card programs or PayPal (The PayPal payment must have "Verified" status and the shipping address must have "Confirmed" status) Please contact PayPal on how to become Verified and Confirmed. We accept wire transfers for orders over $2000.00 plus a $50.00 wire transfer fee.
How do you ship to areas outside the U.S.A.?
We currently ship all International orders via UPS World Wide or FedEx International. Please note the prices given by UPS and FedEx may include Brokerage Fees but do not include possible fees for Duties and Taxes applied by Customs. For more information on Duties and Taxes, please contact your local Customs agency. Please note, depending on your shipping location, for reasons determined by UPS, FedEx, shipments may be delayed for reasons that Royal Supply cannot control. Please use the tracking number emailed you for shipment tracking information. If your package is delayed and cannot be tracked, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. For UPS, if you are a European country, you can also use this link for approximate UPS European Transit times.
Canada
Canadian orders fall under the same guidelines as International orders. Please note that the UPS Standard to Canada Shipping option does not include possible Brokerage Fees, Duties, and Taxes that may be applied by UPS when receiving your order. These charges are issued by UPS and are not associated with www.royalsupply.com. Please note, depending on your shipping location, for reasons determined by UPS or FedEx shipments may be delayed for reasons that Royal Supply cannot control. Return Policy
Returns & Cancellations
- Returns must be requested within 30 days and require an RMA number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs back to the Elyria, OH warehouse.
- No refunds for shipping & handling charges.
- Custom and special orders are non-returnable.
- A restocking fee may apply to returned or canceled items.
Product Information & Revisions
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions but are not responsible for errors. Manufacturers may update product details without notice, and we do not guarantee prior notification of such changes.

Royal Supply is a distributor, not a manufacturer. Product warranties are solely provided by manufacturers. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose.
