Sprayon® Q.A. Inspector™ Penetrant (S00744)

Q.A. Inspector® is a three-part quality assurance system that detects and locates cracks and defects in metals and non-porous, non-metal parts.

• Meets or exceeds performance requirements to MIL-L-25135
• Meets or exceeds performance requirements for NAVSHIPS 250-1500 MIL STD 271-D
• Use S00848 (Cleaner) to pre-clean surfaces. (NSF reg. no. 115070; K2 rated)
• Spray S00744 (Penetrant) and let it seep into any cracks and crevices.
• Wipe surface and spray S00745 (Developer). Faults, cracks or pores will be revealed in red.

Recommended Uses: Turbine blades, molds, structural beams, pipes, other metal and nonporous, nonmetal parts.
