Eliminator® Belts

Gates Eliminator belt eliminates the competition! It’s a high-performance,polyurethane, synchronous belt designed to replace anRPP® belt of the same pitch, width and comparable length (withinapproximately +/-.5” on center distance maximum).

Markets/Applications
Any industrial applications utilizing RPP belts and sprockets,including Goodyear® BlackhawkPdTM, Browning® RPP Panther®,Carlisle/Dayco® RPP Panther Ultra and TB Wood’s® QT PowerChain®.

• With durable polyurethane construction and robustaramid tensile, the Eliminator belt will last a minimum of twotimes longer than competitive RPP belts.
• The Eliminator tooth profi le is designed to fi t all RPP sprocketgrooves, therefore it’s not necessary to change sprockets, savingmoney on transaction costs and reducing downtime.
• Green nylon tooth facing reduces friction and provides durablewear surface for long life.

Notes
Eliminator part numbers are comprised of pitch, pitch length and width. For example, part number 1280-8M-12E denotes a 1280mm pitch
length, 8mm pitch, 12mm width, and "E” for Eliminator.
Belt pitch is the distance in millimeters between two adjacent tooth centers as measured on the pitch line of the belt. Belt pitch length is the
total length (circumference) in millimeters as measured along the pitch line. The theoretical pitch line of an Eliminator belt lies within the tensile
member.
